Dr. Jonathan Ellen

Dr. Ellen is a leader and innovator in the health field, combining his unique thirty years experiences as a practicing physician, respected hospital executive, world class epidemiologist, public health practitioner and scientist to raise the value of care and reduce health inequities.

Currently, Dr. Ellen is providing pediatric and adolescent primary care at CCI Health Services, an FQHC in Maryland. Prior to assuming this position, Dr. Ellen was CEO and Founder of Connections for Health, a primary care case management services company primarily focused on addressing social and behavioral health needs of patients. By addressing these barriers, Labrador assists primary care practices in achieving high-value care, i.e., improving quality of care and reducing utilization as well as costs of care, and removing some of the structural factors that lead to racial/ethnic inequities in health.
